RECENT DEVELOPMENTS

Occupant Safety Systems

An Order authorizing distribution of the Occupant Safety Systems settlement fund was entered by the Court on April 18, 2017. Checks were sent to approved claimants on approximately May 23, 2017.


Wire Harness Products

The Court has granted final approval of settlements with the Chiyoda, Fujikura, LEONI, Sumitomo, and Yazaki Defendants totaling $94,086,240.10.
